New chat not appearingClose the app completely and reopen it.
Audio squawk not playingCheck that you have tapped the play button. Ensure no other audio (music, video, phone call) is active on your device.
Audio stopped after a phone callPhone calls interrupt the stream. Return to the app and tap play to restart.
Audio stopped after playing music/videoOther media playback interrupts the stream. Return to the app and tap play to restart.
Cannot see the squawk on lock screenMake sure the audio stream is actively playing before locking your phone.
Messages not loadingCheck your internet connection. The app stores the last 100 messages offline and will reconnect automatically when online.
Email visible in chatsSet a nickname in your Profile to display a custom name instead of your email address.
Web features missing on iPhoneSome features (Markets, Calendar, Research, etc.) are currently only available on the web app at ggma-app.com.
