Once set, your nickname will be displayed instead of your email address in chats and the Discussion Forum.
Your Profile
Editing Your Profile
On the web app:
- Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Your profile panel will open, showing your first name, last name, email, nickname, and news preferences.
- Click Edit to modify your details.
On the iPhone app:
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Edit your details as needed.
Setting a Nickname
By default, your email address may be visible to other users in chats. To protect your privacy, you can set a nickname:
- Go to your Profile.
- Find the nickname field (marked with an @ symbol).
- Enter your preferred display name.
- Save your changes.
News Preferences
You can customise which types of news you receive by selecting your preferred categories in your profile. Available categories include:

Select the categories that are relevant to your trading or monitoring needs. You can change these at any time.
Changing Your Password
- Go to your Profile.
- Scroll to the Password section at the bottom.
- Click/tap Change.
- Enter your new password and confirm.
